Hosting
This website is hosted by Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, Netherlands. When you visit the site, Framer processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of access in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Booking requests
When you send the booking form, your name, email address, venue or promoter, city, event date, set length and message are sent to me by email so I can answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). I keep this data as long as needed for the request and any resulting booking, and as long as legal retention periods require.
Newsletter
If you sign up, your email address (and your name, if you give it) is stored with Kit (ConvertKit LLC, USA), the service I use to send the newsletter. You get a confirmation email first (double opt-in). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every email. Data transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Embedded players
The site embeds players from SoundCloud (SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG, Germany) and Spotify (Spotify AB, Sweden). The Spotify player loads only when you open a release. The SoundCloud player loads in the Listen section. When a player loads, the provider can receive your IP address and set cookies. Please see the privacy policies of SoundCloud and Spotify for details.
Cookies
The site itself does not set tracking cookies. Cookies can be set by the embedded players described above.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to object. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To use any of these rights, email news@andwymusic.com.
